Rich gourmet breakfast buffet with open teas, sweet fruits, crispy rolls, homemade jams, sausage and cheese from Tyrol, Bircher muesli, croissants, yoghurts and cereals, fresh salmon, roast beef, fried bacon and sausages. Plus delicious egg dishes and waffles, served straight from the kitchen.

The evening 5-course menu (also vegetarian) is a very special taste experience, rounding off the large selection of fresh, crisp salads and delicate cheeses with matching chutneys. We also offer various themed buffets with exquisite desserts, tasty soups and farmer's specialities.

If you suffer from food intolerance, our kitchen team will of course prepare special dishes.

On Sundays, a champagne reception with the host family followed by a gala dinner by candlelight.
